Not to be downers two shows in a row, but...man last week sucked. Millikan got bumped, Long Beach State saw the BLR and the men's basketball team go down in flames, and the only good news was a Poly victory in a game with 84 total turnovers. Well, there's men's volleyball and softball at Long Beach State, too, so things aren't all bad. We talk about all these subjects, do the fastest ever PT slam, and the imminent onset of March Madness.

The famous Sports Night podcast makes its triumphant return to the airwaves with its partnership with LBPOST.com. J.J. Fiddler, Mike Guardabascio and Ryan ZumMallen began the program as writers with Cal State Long Beach's Union Weekly newspaper. But as the hosts graduated from college, so too did the program - from the office of a student newspaper to the primetime.
