We're live via tape delay from Smooth's downtown, as we talk about the Long Beach Sports Mount Rushmore (hey, ESPN stole it from us first, okay?), a new 5K through the Long Beach State campus (with 5K organizer Alex Merlina on to talk about it), a Long Beach State update, and a conversation about the NFL…in February. We have a sickness, alright? We admit it.
