They won a World Championship, and have been honored by the Long Beach City Council, the Armada, the Angels, and next week, the Dodgers. But the Long Beach PONY All-Stars received their greatest recognition tonight when they sat down with your local SportsNight idiots. We talk to three coaches, four players, and one waitress, about baseball, high school, and Thomas Walker's impending presidential candidacy (he's got our vote). The interviews took place at Smooth's, after a jointly hosted parade down Pine in a Big Red Bus. Great stuff!
