With Sports Night co-founder Mike on an awesome road trip, remaining members Ryan and J.J. take the podcast on a road trip of its own - from Mike's couch to J.J.'s couch.

We also invite a handful of friends (Sergio, Vince and Darren) onto the loveseat to discuss the Dirtbags' recent troubles (dropping 8 of the last 9! Sheesh!), NCAA Tournament predictions and a complete college and high school Long Beach round-up. That, plus everyone's favorite segment, "Top 5 Off The Field," a challenge to all local athletes and a preview of the Long Beach Grand Prix – all available in one easy-to-find package! Podcast Summary

We're a bunch of guys that won't shut up about sports. The program began at Long Beach State's weekly newspaper and lives on even after graduation. We employ resident experts (and sometimes just our buddies) to answer the big questions: Is that QB helmet sticker green or yellow? Do sports commentators have better memories than goldfish? And is there anything on Earth better than Long Beach sports?

The famous Sports Night podcast makes its triumphant return to the airwaves with its partnership with LBPOST.com. J.J. Fiddler, Mike Guardabascio and Ryan ZumMallen began the program as writers with Cal State Long Beach's Union Weekly newspaper. But as the hosts graduated from college, so too did the program - from the office of a student newspaper to the primetime.
